Frisco's Carhop Diner has been the dream of Takis Stathoulis — a Greek immigrant, vocalist, and general contractor — and his wife Joanne Frisco Stathoulis, a creative and artistic restaurateur.

In 1981, they opened the first of what would grow to seven restaurants, creating a 1950s-style diner that brought back the golden era of family dining. World-renowned and beloved by media and guests from around the globe.
